At Honey 4U we take honey from all our hives and blend them in small batches to maintain a consistent flavor profile that our customers have come to love. Our honey has a sweet lemony flavor thanks to the specific mix of flowers around our hive locations. Our honey is 100% natural and has no added flavors or colours.

If your honey has done this don't worry, simply place it in the sun to warm up. The inside of a bee hive maintains a consistent temperature of almost 40c so when your honey leaves the hive and cools down its natural sugars fall out of solution.  Placing it in the sun will warm it back up to the temperature of the hive and it will become liquid again. Honey crystallising is actually a good sign of purity - some store bought honey will not crystalise because of additives in the honey or because it was diluted with water.

Watamu's mangroves are a natural paradise that attracts thousands of tourists, environmentalists and nature-loving travelers every year. They are a unique and fantastic natural landscape, with its microclimate and an ecosystem that allows you to observe certain types of birds, amphibians and crustaceans, such as the famous mangrove crab.
But few know that mangroves are also a "home" ideal for honey production by bees, rather for the precision of "honeysuckle".
In fact, the mode of pollination is the peculiarity of mangrove because the bee product is left directly on the leaves rather than in the flower, and from there it has to be taken to make honey.
This allows the honey to draw all the properties from the salty air and the virgin environment, as the mangroves allow to transfer the purity of their state of "filters" of the sea and the marsh, releasing only good and natural things.
So mangrove honey, in addition to the sweetness that benefits the body, through a good energy, is healing for respiratory diseases and a pressure balance, as well as providing good rheumatism and cure the throat.
Today the local population has also noticed the "business" of mangrove honey and, in addition to using it in the villages, as normal "asali", they start marketing it.
